In an urban void that was intended to be filled, two buildings are placed, defining the streets to the north and south, allowing the continuity of the São Francisco Borja Garden between them, while simultaneously accommodating 76 dwellings.

Here, the garden, always public, takes on a more private character, functioning as a courtyard until it is concluded by the platform that defines the development to the west.
