Inserted within the revitalization plan of a former estate on the outskirts of Borba, a small-scale, almost family-run tourism project is proposed. Orchards are restored, olive groves planted, the vineyard area expanded, and the existing buildings are given new uses.

A manor house is refined and adapted to accommodate bedrooms and shared spaces. An agricultural shed is transformed into a multipurpose space, and the irrigation tank that once fed the water channels running through the estate becomes a swimming pool.

Finally, a winery is designed within the landscape, set into a small schist hillside.
