The project is set within an established neighbourhood in Cascais, on the only vacant plot that remained on the street. The form of the house arises from a rejection of the neighbouring properties on either side, which are very close, opening instead at both ends onto the more secluded garden.

On the ground floor, the social areas are designed to be as generous as possible and in direct connection with the garden.

The upper floor accommodates two bedrooms, two suites, and a bathroom for a large family.

The basement level can be accessed independently if desired and includes a studio, a bathroom, and a games room illuminated by natural light.

A pool annex supports outdoor activities or may be used to host guests.
