A plot in the Algarve’s Sotavento with the sea as a distant backdrop remained in a limbo since the eighties. The goal was to develop it creating single-family homes in a low density environment with the possibility of touristic use.

The scope of the work ranges from the layout of the master planning and its approval to the design of the houses.
